Refund Policy

On SabiVault, members pay a subscription to join a creator's community. That subscription determines which content — including courses, posts, and resources — they can access within that community. All refund requests are handled by SabiVault.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
You may request a refund on a subscription charge if:
- Your request is made within 48 hours of the charge, and
- You have not accessed any paid content (posts, courses, resources) in that billing period
Both conditions must be met. If you have opened any paid content, the charge is final regardless of how recently it occurred.
2. What happens to your access after a refund
If your refund is approved, your paid membership is cancelled immediately — not at the end of the billing period. What happens next depends on the community:
- If the community has a free tier: you are automatically moved to the free tier. You keep access to free content but lose access to any paid or pro content and courses.
- If the community has no free tier: you are removed from the community entirely and lose all access.
3. Cancellations without a refund
Cancelling your subscription at any other time stops the next renewal but does not trigger a refund. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you are moved to the free tier (if one exists) or removed from the community.
4. One-time access
Some creators offer one-time access — a single payment for a fixed period (e.g. 30 days). The same 48-hour, no-content-accessed rule applies. After 48 hours or if you have accessed any content, one-time purchases are final.
5. Situations where refunds are not issued
- Requests made more than 48 hours after the charge
- Any paid content was accessed during that billing period
- The subscription period has already ended
- The account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service
6. How to request a refund
Submit your request via our support page or email admin@sabivault.com with your registered email address and the community name. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of billing issues quickly, and filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is under review.
